Hi,
Yes, Qualcomm Neural Processing SDK support Snapdragon 850 & lenovo desktop, YOGA C630.
SDK doesn't have any H/W prerequisites, it supports all the laptops/desktops.
Kindly follow instructions from below link to get the SDK setup,
