QCA4020 & QCA4024
QCA4020 and QCA4024 are low power, Internet of Things (IoT) System-On-Chip (SoC) solutions offering Wi-Fi (QCA4020 only), Bluetooth low energy (BLE) and 802.15.4 capable radios in a single-chip package. The low power, multi-mode QCA4020 and QCA4024 combine security, cost-effectiveness, and support for some of the latest technologies in a powerful single-chip solution for multiple IoT industries. QCA4020 and QCA4024 are designed to address IoT fragmentation and need for interoperability by offering multiple radios, standards, protocols and connectivity framework support. This makes it an optimal solution for many IoT applications, including home control and automation, networking, home entertainment and smart cities.
QCA4020 is a tri-mode (dual band Wi-Fi, BLE and 802.15.4) SoC, and QCA4024 is a dual-mode (BLE, 802.15.4) SoC.
Both QCA4020 and QCA4024 comply to BLE version 5.0 and 802.15.4 v2006 specifications, and QCA4020 complies with Wi-Fi a/b/g/n specification. QCA4020 and QCA4024 both support Thread and Zigbee stack built on top of 802.15.4 radio.
