Hi,

You can find the user documents in the Hexagon SDK folder as shown below.
             <Hexagon_SDK_directory>/3.4.2/docs/images/80-VB419-178_QuRT_User_Guide.pdf
Assuming that you have installed the Hexagon SDK, if not download and install the latest  and compatible SDK from the below link,
            https://developer.qualcomm.com/software/hexagon-dsp-sdk/tools
