For the hexagon DSP inside Qualcomm APQ8096 inside Mini ADP borad, Is there any OS running on the DSP side(Hexagon), or is it a bare metal model? If any OS for DSP, how can I flash the Hexagon OS directly?

QuRT RTOS is OS used by Hexagon DSP. QuRT RTOS cannot be flashed separately.
For more details on QuRT User Guide, kindly find it in the Hexagon SDK folder as shown below.
Assuming that you have installed the Hexagon SDK, if not download and install the latest and compatible SDK from the below link,
