Hello,

Is or will Qualcomm work on CHIP support? The QCA4020 would be a great CHIP device and Border Router. To make it compatible it would have to support the CHIP commissioning process. (https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/tree/master/examples/loc...)

Hi ss.pandiri,

Thank you for your response, we are indeed already using the QCA4020 as a border router. Although that was not my question.

My question is if Qualcomm will work on support for what is called 'Project CHIP' Connected home over IP? That would for instance mean adding support for the onboarding mechanism using rendezvous.

Please find more information here: https://www.connectedhomeip.com/ and here: https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip

Really hoping to get a response on this question for our decision to use the QCA4020 in two of our products or if we move to a different implementation.
