Hi,

We are developing an Industrial IoT product using Thread protocol. For this, we are planning to use QCA4020 chip by Qualcomm. We went through some of the documentation by Qualcomm but did not specifically find how to configure QCA4020 as Thread Border Router.

Is there any example code or application note on how to configure QCA4020 chip as thread border router? Also, since it supports both Thread and Wi-Fi, can we run Thread stack and Wi-Fi stack concurrently? If so, how does communication happen between Thread Stack and Wi-Fi stack?

Please help us with this.

Thnak you

Kindly refer to Section 6.3.3.32 Usage examples under QCA402x (CDB2x) Development Kit User Guide
80-YA121-140 Document for Thread initialization examples.

Thread Uses Ot0 interface and Wlan uses wlan iterface.
However,  you can specify IPv6 Default gateway to BorderAgent and start borderagent as described in Example section.
