Why I can't run Snapdragon Profiler on windows7 and ubuntu16?

I have install snapdragon profiler on either windows and ubuntu. but when i excute .exe on windows ,it's run SP have stop work. And I have install mono on linux, when I run run_sdp.sh,it reports:

I've had the same problem. Fixed it by installing the libc++ runtime as explained in the README:

sudo apt-get install libc++1
