Are you still able to take the snapshot, or are you blocked from doing so?

We'll take a look at expanding the conditions we are looking for before displaying the warning.

Normally the warning about missing permissions will only show up when trying to use the "Snapshot" feature of SDP.  It is intended to ensure users have all of the necessary permissions in their applications manifest file needed for the SDP Snapshot feature.  In your case this warning seems to mis-identity the available permissions your application has available.  Are you able to dismiss the warning and continue using SDP without issue?
