Snap dragon profiler does not launch

Dear QC team

 We have installed Snapdragon profiler  1.4.1 on our machine to measure perfomance of S820 chip but for some reason it does not launch  the profiler tool.

My ADB connection shows my HW is connected when I execute adb devices.

Please let us know what could be the issue?

What machine are you trying to run on, Windows, Mac, or Linux?
