both the qpm-cli and qpm fail on login:
root@79d23e442a95:/home/project# qpm-cli --login username password
[Error] : Error response from License Server : -1
[Info] : Login failed
the qpm says "failed to parse login response"
please just release the compiler for clang 10, stop this qpm madness
