Hi,

Can you please let me know the date that you downloaded the package? We've recently release a 1.1 release, so I'd like to know which version you have.

Also, are you able to grant the installer admin privileges?

Thanks,
Greg

I solved the problem. regasm is not in the system path, then I add It to environment path, and then it comes a another problem,it's said

Extract: UnRegisterAdbUtil_VS2013.bat... 100%
Execute: C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm\QCDebugger\RegisterAdbUtil_VS2013.bat
Execute: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\VSIXInstaller.exe /q /a /skuName:Pro /v:12.0 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm\QCDebugger\DELauncher.vsix"
Execute: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\VSIXInstaller.exe /q /a /skuName:Pro /v:12.0 /u:ec7c019a-a743-46a8-b1be-891868aedbf4
Execute: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\VSIXInstaller.exe /q /a /skuName:Pro /v:12.0 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm\QCDebugger\DELauncher.vsix"
Failed VSIX installation

actually  the  right path of VSIXInstaller is in E, then I execute these three commands. I don't know whether it's ok.
guess that I install and unInstall vs2012 or vs2013 more than once.the path is confused, maybe I should clean it.

I'm having the same issue and from your post I can see why. The installer is assuming that VS is installed in C:\Program Files(x86) instead of checking an environmental variable or registry setting for the value, so it will fail if VS is not installed in the default location. My VS is installed on another drive.
