While installing QPM in Windows 10 machine, I could not able to see the terms and conditions page or next screen of the application to install it. Instead it shows a blank white UI after loading. After a moment of time, It shows QIK is not responding and crashes.

Make sure your Windows 10 machine meets all the system requirements specified by Qualcomm for installing the Neural Processing SDK.
Try running the installation executable in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows (e.g., Windows 7 or Windows 8). Right-click on the executable, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, and check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select an appropriate Windows version. Download the installation package again from the official Qualcomm website to ensure that the downloaded file is not corrupted. Then try installing it again
