I'm using SNPE2.13 to convert inception_v3_2016_08_28_frozen.pb into dlc version. However, there's an error:
ERROR: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'snpe-tensorflow-to-dlc'
I have set SNPE_ROOT and extracted the pb model. So what's the problem?
Requirements are tf2.10 and python3.8.
