Using snpe version 1.68

converted my model from onnx, it runs on android gpu.
no errors or warnings when using  snpe-dlc-quantize

but when running -snpe-throughput-net-run --container fquant.dlc --duration 3 --use_dsp --perf_profile high_performance

i get this error - 
[Instance 0 - dsp_fixed8_tf] Unable to successfully create SNPE instance. Will continue to creation of other SNPE instance(s).container=fquant.dlc; perf_profile=high_performance;  error_code=910; error_message=DSP runtime system error. error_code=910; error_message=DSP runtime system error. Failed to load network.  Error code: -6, Backend Error Code: 0.; error_component=DSP Runtime; line_no=554; thread_id=5; error_component=DSP Runtime; line_no=262; thread_id=1
 
other models do run on the dsp after quantization. 
please advice regarding the error.
