Hi,

When I replaced C++API with CAPI, I found that the inference speed of the model on the device slowed down.

SNPE-Version : snpe-2.9.0.4462

inference equipment : HUAWEI Mate 50

inference soc : SM8450 - Snapdragon 8Gen 1

testing mode : app

runtime : dsp

Same image and model :

C++ API inference time : 54ms

C API inference time : 75ms
