Could I run FastCV and SNPE together?

Hello,
 
I'm trying to inference deep learning application on snapdragon SoC.
 
For optimize my application I want to accelerate image resize.
 
So, my question is if it is possible to construct a single pipeline using fastCV (image processing) and SNPE (deep learning inference) together.
For example, is it possible to run FastCV(or FastADAS) on GPU for image processing and run dlc on DSP?
