SNPE isn't working with Android 12 above Target SDK 28

SNPE isn't working with Android 12 above Target SDK 28. 

Google says belowe:
So that means this: We can't use the SNPE with Android 12 after November 1.
It may the problem Security-Enhanced Linux. It may more a different bug I don't know too.
Will you resolve this bug?
There is no mention of how to do this in the SNPE documentation and we can't use SNPE because your support is very bad. We can't make a plan for our application.

Dear customer,

You need to speicfy with options of unsignedPD:ON to latest SNPE code.
