SNPE isn't working on the snapdragon 8 gen 1 SOCs

SNPE isn't working on the snapdragon 8 gen 1 SOCs. 
I am using DLC it converts from the Onxx model. 
Firstly, I thinked there is a problem for Onxx converts.
Then, I checked via "snpe-platform-validator" and it gave to me the output "SNPE is not supported on this SoC".
 
I read some forum topics and over there have said SNPE 1.62 and higher versions are for 8 gen 1 SOCs. But it doesn't work SNPE for Samsung Galaxy Tab S8.
 
When will you support these platforms?
 
Lastly, I wanna say your support is very bad.

Dear customer,

Regarding the 8 Gen1 which is SM8450 internal, you need to specific with option of "--htp_socs  'sm8450'" to quantization steps.
