We have implemented a solution using SNPE that we cannot launch on the Google Play store because we cannot get SNPE to work for targetSdkVersion > 28 on Android 12. Google Play requires all app store submissions be targetSdkVersion >=29 as of this writing. We make use of the DSP running quantized models. The issue seems to be related to SELinux, whitelisting libraries, and OEMs blocking DSP access. There is no mention of how to do this in the SNPE documentation...

We will be forced to move to a different AI development platform if these issues persist.

What's the SNPE vesion you integrated? I'ts recommended to take the latest SNPE version into your APK build.
