we want to use The Snapdragon® 888 mobile hardware development kit (HDK).
Does the QNP SDK support th 888 HDK?
Also we want to use the cameras. Which SDK support the Spectra 580 Image Signal Processor?

The QDN was for Qualcomm neural network support. Here you can raise a question for SNPE or Hexagon NN related.

Snapdragon 888 HDK supports, QNPE SDK (SNPE).
If you are working with Android OS on Snapdragon 888, please make use of Android CameraX API in order to access the camera.
If you are working on Linux platform, please use Qualcomm's pre-installed GStreamer plugin which consist of qtiqmmfsrc element which helps you to access the camera.
