DSP Fail (SElinux problem)

I update my phone  OnePlus8Pro  to Android 11, DSP Fail as logcat shows.
On root pyhone, adb root adb setenforece 0, DSP success.
How to run on user phone without root?
Another failed phone is Oppo FindX 2 pro 
Most other phone success,  including Oppo findx3/findx2/onePlus 9/MI 11/...
My SNPE version is 1.52

After update Android (Samsung Galaxy S21 ) this morning I got the same problem..... I guess that some manufacturer are blocking the DSP. I wonder why buy a phone if I can not use the hardware...
