Hi,

So I got introduced to SNPE recently and decided to play with it.

I have a spare phone ( MotoG5 Plus ) which has Snapdragon 625. I know the the 625 is actually a 64 bit CPU. But Motorola has configured the ROM such that it operates in 32-bit mode. When I do "uname -a" I get armv7l as the output.

I am wondering if SNPE will be fine with it ?

In the supported chips list I saw 625. But I am wondering if it still works when ROM is configured to 32bit mode.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

From other's experiences I have heard wonders about SNPE and excited to get into it!!

PS : I am using Termux to run custom C++ code in the shell

Thanks,

SNPE libraries (ELF) built for 64-bit systems will not be compatible with 32-bit systems. You'll have to find libraries built originally for 32-bit systems with appropriate linux glib version used on your system
