SNPE: missing libnpu.so

snpe-1.39.1.2085.
There is missing library in the snpe package.
Cannot use AIP runtime on Android with Snapdragon 855

 ./snpe-platform-validator --runtime aip

PF_VALIDATOR: DEBUG: CPU side validation passed.

PF_VALIDATOR: ERROR: AIP: couldn't load libnpu.so. Error: dlopen failed: library "libnpu.so" not found
PF_VALIDATOR: DEBUG: Calling PlatformValidator->IsRuntimeAvailable
Runtime AIP Prerequisites: Absent.

Tested on  samsung Note 9 snapdragon 845


Seems 845 don't have the AIP, I find the libnpu.so in /vendor/lib64 in another 866 soc phone. 
 
Resolving  it.

you can rename the libhta.so to libnpu.so,it can work
