I have downloaded the new snpe 1.24 and unziped it. But when I run "./bin/envsetup.sh -t ~/tensorflow" , and error msg libgnutil_shared.so :No such file.
I find the dir of snpe-1.24 and not libgnutil_shared.so indeed.

You need to copy the file from Android NDK. For details, refer to below docuemnt.

Please use the Android NDK r17 as mentioned in docs and copy all of the required shared library from the Android NDK directory to SNPE shared library directory as given in documentations.
