Hi,

I have just started working with SNPE-1.18.0. My current installation is Ubuntu18.04.

1. Does SNPE work seamlessly on Ubuntu18.04 ? Do I need  to roll back to 14.04 ?

2. What about Python3.6 support ? I have a plan to integrate mozilla deepspeech tensorflow model into SNPE, which has python3.6 pre requisite.. 3. How difficult is the task(of integrating a 3rd party model) ?

4. Is there any plan to support Pytorch in future?

Sorry for asking too many questions.

Best regards

JK

Hi,

1. The SNPE supports Ubuntu 14.04 and its higher versions.

2. For now, SNPE supports the only Python2.7. As official support for Python2.7 will end by 2020, we expect support for Python3.X.

3. Assuming you are trying to convert a model with the frame work not supported by SNPE, It is not possible. Though it is successful, it is not guaranteed that it will work as expected.

4. There is no plan to support Pytorch in the near future.
