I have following questions about MSDC 4.3.03.01. If multiple TMGIs are activated at the same time, the first TMGI will succeed and can receive multicast data on it, while the subsequent TMGI activation returns the status of "stalled". Return ERROR_S_BEARER_UNAVAILABLE_AT_INITIATION = 30009. What causes this? How to activate multiple TMGIs correctly at the same time? How can we obtain logs related to the EMBMS?
