As per 3GPP, TS 23.379 MCPTT doc "MapGroupToBearer" message is required in order to associate an MCPTT group call to MBMS bearer. It is sent from the MCPTT server to the MCPTT client. Could you please explain how MSDC middleware will get this message/info? Does it get the info from the modem? What MSDC API needs to be called in order to get this message?

QC middleware doesnt support Map-Group-To-Bearer Message .
The application can activate the TMGI carrying the map group to bearer message and process the message itself.
