QXDM.exe - System Error

Have installed QXDM 5 from Qualcomm Package Manager 

After that tried to launch QXDM 5 ... getting below errors

1)  1st time I got an error for Qt5WebKit.dll was not found..

The code execution cannot proceed because Qt5WebKit.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

OK

Have done several re-installing the application but no use.

Finally downloaded Qt5WebKit.dll  from the net

After that I am getting icuin51.dll error..

Have downloaded icuin51.dll from the net but no use.

Tips to fix-

Switch to Windows Default Theme. 
Reset Windows Store Cache. 
Use Check Disk Utility Tool. 
Repair System Files Using DISM. 
Run Virus or Malware Scan.

Same issue, downloaded the dll from http://qualcomm-cdn.qtc.io/windows/libQt5212/x86/Qt5WebKit.dll

and it works.
