QXDM Logging is Blank

Hi All,

 

I just started seeing this issue about a week ago.

I am not getting any logging at all in QXDM when I connect to the DM port.

I observed in QUTS under Advanced Settings that Configure Protocol is blank, nothing was pre-selected. I manually select the proper setting under Configure Protocol, but still got no logging in QXDM. I also observed that Connection Status for the DM Port is "OPEN_NONE". It is supposed to be "OPEN_READ_WRITE".

Both QUTS and QXDM have been updated to the current versions.

Any lead into the solution of this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Suppose you need install USB driver from QPM

"Qualcomm Host USB Product Suite"
