Missing Lapack implementation

Hello,

Our company uses snapdragon processors on a mobile VR platform made by Pico.

We use machine learning to do classification in our BCI setup.

While developing our classifier we encountered a problem with a missing Lapack implementation, we found out that it was packaged with Qualcomm Math Library, but it is no longer available and web page for said library redirects to Hexagon SDK which seems to lack Lapack.

Is there any reason it was removed and is it possible for us to get Lapack implementation?

We are currently struggling to run classification with Pytorch without it.

Thanks for the help.
