HEXAGON 3.5.1 Instalaation dependencies fail

Hi
I am trying to install HEXAGON 3.5.1 and its dependencies. Hexagon instaals but instalaation of the dependencies through windows installer fails.
For dependencies it opens a window with java logo and sarts to download them but shows installation failed after downloading them.

Does it need a particular java version for installation of dependencies?

Thanks for reaching out. We recommend you use Java version 8 update 191 build 1.8.
Make sure you have enough space on your disk. The complete installation with minimal Android NDK can take up to 5GB.
If the dependencies have not completed you can try running the script in <HEXAGON_SDK_ROOT>/scripts/install_dependencies.py. This script should pull in the necessary dependencies to your installed SDK.
 
Let us know if you are still facing any issues. Please give us some more details of the system you are using and any error you are seeing during installation.

i use qpm-cli --extract qualcomm_neural_processing_sdk.2.12.0.230626.Linux-AnyCPU.qik to insall

but it show [Error] : Failed to get Dependencies Components from package

[Error] : Failed to get Addons Components from package

I have met the same problem.

And solve it by re-install the latest qpm from https://qpm.qualcomm.com/#/main/tools/details/QPM3
