Hexagon SDK V3.0 not installing on windows 7 32 bit OS

Dear QC Dev N/W,

I have downloaded the Hexagon SDK from https://developer.qualcomm.com/download/hexagon/hexagon-sdk-v3-windows.zip

But when i try to install it is throwing an error saying "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running,Check your computer system information to see you need an x86(32 bit) or x64(64 bit)....." etc

I tried the solution suggested in the link "https://developer.qualcomm.com/forum/qdn-forums/maximize-hardware/multim..."

But still i am getting the same error,Hence Please help to share the link for 32 bit windows 7 installation file for hexagon SDK.
