Can not use mini-dm tool

Hello:

I'm using Q810 board with Win7-64 bit.

When I try to get logs with mini-dm:

F:\Qualcomm\HD22\HD22_2\adsp_proc>mini-dm --comport COM17
<dm_serial_init> Opening port COM17
<dm_serial_init> Unable to open port 'COM17' GLE = 2

 

And when I checked Device Manager:

Qualcomm HS-USB Android DIAG 901D(COM17)

shows cannot work normal.

I installed the driver "F:\Qualcomm\Hexagon_SDK\2.0\tools\usb\Setup.exe" or "F:\Qualcomm\Hexagon_SDK\1.2.2\tools\usb\Stepup.exe"

I guess you are using wrong port , Please run "C:\Qualcomm\Hexagon_SDK\2.0\setup_sdk_env.cmd" first and then "python C:\Qualcomm\Hexagon_SDK\2.0\tools\scripts\com_finder.py" to get the com port ,
It should be something like Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9025 (COM11)
