Difference of hexagon-gcc.exe vs. qdsp6-gcc.exe.

 There are two gcc-related files there:  hexagon-gcc.exe and qdsp6-gcc.exe at  \HEXAGON_Tools\6.4.03\gnu\bin
): .
 
I guess the first one is used for runing script from the command line, and the second one is for Eclispe.  
 
Do you know why we need to two difference files here ?  What are the differences between them ?  Thanks,

They are duplicates of each other, they may be used interchangeably
