Hi , 

I working on Google Pixel 1 / 2 to develop Deep learning application.

I know that GPU ( no  OpenCL )  is not acceptable by user application. Does Hexagon DSP also disabled for user application ?

Hi,
The user is not permitted to access DSP from his application directly, the program/application will run on CPU and further on instructions CPU will invoke DSP using FastRCP.
Kindly go through the user guides for Qualcomm Hexagon DSP and FastRCP respectively which will help you in understanding the architecture of Hexagon DSP and its functioning.
