Does Adreno 650 support multi render targets with tile-based rendering?
For reference

I develop a game on Oculus Quest and I currently look for public document specification.
If there is no public document specification, What is the Vulkan API to determine the hardware support?

Yes, it is supported.

Do you want a Query API for OpenGL ES or Vulkan ?

This is regarding to the VK_KHR_multiview feature support, which is an extension in Vulkan 1.0, but core in 1.1. 

Can you query if the extension is supported on your device or not? BTW, run vkinfo app can get a complete extension support list on your device.
