I'm just a developer, not related to Qualcomm. So take my post as developer view, not as manufacture official statement.
I guess you mean Snapdragon L2 cache, which varies from 512kb to 2MB, according to Wikipedia ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Qualcomm_Snapdragon_devices ) .
Afaik Adreno GPU only has L1 cache for textures, and use the shared L2 cache from GPU.
