Is that there any APIs or functions to recognize human face with FastCV? I know that Snapdragon SDK for Android have Facial Processing can use for face detect,But I didn't found API or functions can use for face recognize.So please guide sth..thank you.

FastCV doesn't have APIs that complete end to end face recognition. However, you may find some APIs that can be used to accelerate a face recognition solution, depending on the algorithms.
