I'm trying to cross compile for RB5 kit. I wonder where can I get the cross compile toolchain for RB5 just like that RB3 provided here with the sysroot and all those things included (https://www.thundercomm.com/app_en/product/1544580412842651#doc).

The RB3 development kit had an LE linux image.
The SDK Manager for the RB5 development kit initially had the LU Linux image.
With the LU image, you could do on-target compilation.

A new version of SDK Manager was released very recently and provides an LE build similar to RB3.
There are plans to release the toolchains through the SDK Manager as well.

Latest version of SDK Manager (Version 2.1.0 and newer) has an option to download the toolchain.
