UART0 not working

Hello,
I have a problem with UART0 (/dev/ttyHS0). After flashing the image that I built with the sdkmanager, I can no longer send / receive any data. UART1 (/dev/ttyMSM0) works fine. I can see that on the oscilloscope or using the code provided at:
https://developer.qualcomm.com/forum/qdn-forums/hardware/qualcomm-roboti...
I encounter this problem on multiple boards, so I think a hardware defect is unrealistic. Do you have any idea why this could be or how I can approach the problem?

Best wishes,
Michael

OK, I've just measured it again: Everything is fine between the LS1 and the mezzanine connector that goes to the SoC, the connection exists on all boards. Can you provide me with an image that is known to work?
Best regards,
Michael
