Original, RB5 initial pcie by pcie_phy_init is OK, but now, it is NG.
I get error message "pcie_phy_init: PCIe PHY RC0 failed to come up!" and "msm_pcie_enumerate: PCIe: RC0: failed to enable", and "cnss: Failed to enable PCIe RC0, err = -19".
My sw image is Qualcomm QRB5165.LE.1.0-00005-STD.PROD-1

Do you have PCIe device connected to board?
original, I have 5G mess board, it use pcie1, but now, it already removed.
In RB5, it have QCA6391 wifi IC, it ise pcie0.
