Kernel source can be downloaded from Chipcode and relevant documentation is available on Createpoint.
Do you have access to Createpoint?
Please request access to "QRB5165 IOT Ubuntu Robotics" Product kit within Createpoint for these assets.

If you have business agreement with Thundercomm/Qualcomm, then you can downlaod whole BSP package which inclcudes kernel source code. contact sales from Thumdercomm
You can also request access to the source through the createpoint link in this thread.
The Qualcomm Robotics RB5 product kit is now also available on Qualcomm.com
