I want to use QCA9377 in wireless mesh adhoc network. There are several questions:

1. Do QCA9377 and its driver support IBSS (Ad-hoc) mode?

2. Could I install the QCA9377 driver to Raspbian 10 (Linux 4.19)? I plan to connect QCA9377 to Raspberry via SDIO.

3. What are minimum and maximum operating temperature for QCA9377?

Hi Maxim,

1. Yes.

2. The driver in SDK doesn't support 4.19. You need to port it yourself to 4.19.

3. Please check your module vendor. They should be able to tell.

Thanks.

Thank you for the reply,

And the last question: does QCA9377 support IEEE 802.11s? or do any Qualcomm Wi-Fi solutions support IEEE 802.11s?

Hi Maxim,

QCA9377 HW doesn't support 802.11s.

However, some of Qualcomm Wi-Fi chipsets support. Please contact Sales team for further info.
