Internal Range test is based on RF performance over 15.4 Radio communcation.

Thank your for your suggestion.
1 ) We are facing issue of rang in zigbee even if we set the transmit power to 21dBm using API qapi_ZB_Set_Transmit_Power.
We have configured our device as router and are trying to connect it to the coordinator.
We are able to achieve hardly 4-5 meter range during device join in network.
After joining if we increase the distance between router device and coordinator then range increases upto 7-8 meter as we are able to receive command from coordinator.
Please suggest some example solution for this scenario.
2 ) Can you suggest some online Zigbee Open Source Test Tools ?
