Hi, 

Is it possible to perform scan and send beacons at the same ?
Since the register access is not possible, how to perform this using QAPI calls ?

Does the application, has to perform scheduling of the beacon transmission and scanning explicitely ?

Are you refering to BT scan. Please take a look at the projects site:
