Are there any hardware definition for QCA402x board, like a DST (Device Structure Tree), 
so one can port other existing RTOS (Zephyr or Mbed RTOS) for QCA402x boards ?

You can port to your own OS by redefining QuRT layer (target\thirdparty\qurt\2.0).
