Hi,
I have one question regarding the operating temperature of QCA4020.
In the datasheet you can read:
Standard Case Temperature 0 – 85 °C
Extended Case Temperature -40 – 115 °C
In the datasheet you can also find the device identification code:
QCA4020 C-temp QCA-4020-0-217MSP-MT-0D-0 00D CS
QCA4020 C-temp QCA-4020-0-217MSP-TR-0D-0 00D CS
QCA4020 I-temp QCA-4020-1-217MSP-MT-0D-0 10D CS
QCA4020 I-temp QCA-4020-1-217MSP-TR-0D-0 10D CS
Can you confirm me that the C-temp means that the device can work with Standard Case Temperature 0 – 85 °C?
Can you confirm me that the I-temp means that the device can work with Extended Case Temperature -40 – 115 °C?
In case I am wrong explain me in which are the technical differences between Standard Case Temperature and Extended Case Temperature.
Thank you
Your understanding is correct.
Standard Case Temperature refers to = C-temp
Extended Case Temperature refers to = I-temp
