1. Follow section 1.2 for the setup details of QCA 402X
2. Section 2.7 and 2.8 for BLE Rx listen (no packets received) mode power and BLE Rx packet mode power respectively
Command Description: RecieverTest 4 (where 4 represent the RX Frequency)
3. Section 2.9 for BLE Tx mode power
Command Description: TransmitterTest 5 4 4 (the arguments TX Frequency, Length Of Test Data in bytes, Packet Payload respectively)
