QCA4024 implements two wireless subsystems on-chip: BLE v4.2 and 802.15.4 v2006.
QCA4020 in addition to BLE and 15.4 implements a 1x1 11n Wi-Fi function.
Wi-Fi related commands begin with the “ATW” prefix.
Hence only QCA4020 includes and support ATW commands.
