Hi, we are trying to follow the directions to flash an image using USB but the documentation, but it's not clear where we can download the Qualcomm USB driver for Windows?

In the 80-ya121-140 QCA402x (CDB2x) Development Kit User Guide, Section 3.6.2 Flash the image using USB, the prerequisits are listed as follows:

  1. Connect a Micro USB cable between port J6 on the CDB2x and a USB port on a Windows PC.

  2. Install Qualcomm USB drivers and choose “Ethernet” option in the installation process.

Do you have a link to the Qualcomm USB driver?

Note, previous versions of the users guide referred to link on CreatePoint which is no longer active: https://createpoint.qti.qualcomm.com/tools/#suite/190/1554

Thanks!

Hi ,

Please see answers for your Query?

Qualcomm direct customers who have necessary agreements can download Qualcomm USB driver from create point website. We are currently reviewing internally if we can make this driver available on Qualcomm developer network website. For now, please either use JTAG or OTA to upgrade firmware on QCA402x device.
